Nine Months

I can't believe Elsie is already nine months! She had her well check appointment last week. She is 20 pounds and 2' 4" long. (Both about 76%) The doctor said she is the size of an average one year old. She is wearing 18 month clothes, has four teeth, crawls all over the house and pulls herself up on anything she can find. She is the smiliest kid I have ever met! I love her. Here are the girls at nine months.

Happy 4th of July!

I don't know if you consider two years in a row a tradition, but like last year, we spent Independence Day at the fair. Haley could not wait to go back. She conquered her fear of the ferris wheel and once again, we left with two new additions to the family. I recently posted about the devastating loss of Haley's goldfish that she won at the fair last year. Well, she won replacements, which she named Lilly and Zoe. I'm not sure if Els had as much fun, but she seemed to like observing the craziness and enjoyed some ice cream and lemonade. Happy 4th everyone!
