Our city has a big art and wine festival every year. It is just down the street from where we live and it has all sorts of shopping, rides and food. It is usually beautiful weather, but it rained all weekend. We went anyway and Haley loved it. She rode the train multiple times, splashed in puddles with her rain boots and enjoyed a variety of foods.

I like that train picture. She's such a doll, and so little on Jeff's lap. Very cute!
